The AutoInk system provides comprehensive support for multi-site data management (including Defect, CP, AOI, Bump and so on) during automotive chip manufacturing, enabling rapid calculation and marking of over 20 types of inking rules.By integrating the Data Health Check (DHC) mechanism, it enables full automation of the inking process and supports exporting customized inkless maps in user-defined formats. This enhances quality control efficiency and data traceability.

Full Support for Custom Inkless Map Formats
Through a user-friendly visual configuration interface, users can flexibly define TXT or IEDA-format inkless maps without coding (e.g., file name, header structure, map area, and statistical information, etc.). Python-level customization is also supported for advanced extensions and complex formats.
Fully Automated Inking Workflow and Data Quality Assurance
Built on the ALARM DHC (Data Health Check) mechanism, AutoInk ensures the accuracy of ink data and the correctness of inkless map output, keeping ink loss within compliance limits while delivering efficient, reliable, and fully automated operation.
